Watercolor

Winsor & Newton is my favorite because it’s affordable and half pan refills can be purchased. And I still prefer painting on Canson watercolor paper (link is found under Brushes, Paper and Miscellaneous list). Even though it has limitations, I have learned to work with them.

I have only begun to paint with acrylics in the past few years (as watercolor is/was my primary medium) but I love the liquitex basics. Perhaps because I come from the watercolor perspective I like that it flows better than heavy body. But I have included a link for both.
